It is rarely necessary to meet face-to-face, contact through email, telephone, post and fax is usually all that is required. This means we can assist you with your transaction, even if you and/or the subject property are based outside the Launceston area.


Attending our office...

If you intend to attend our offices, we ask that you please:

Call ahead to check whether it is essential that you attend our offices and if so, arrange a time;

Call and reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or if you have been directed to stay home;

Arrive no earlier than five minutes prior to your booked appointment time;

Keep the number of people attending our offices to a minimum. Do not bring additional people to your appointment;

Sanitise your hands prior to opening the door, and again in the reception area;

Wait for your appointment where directed by our receptionist upon your arrival to our office;

Maintain social distancing in the reception area, and at all times throughout your attendance;

Return any documents to us by email or fax where possible. If you are not sure whether a documents can be returned by email or fax, please read the accompanying correspondence from us or call us to check.
